What are Career Assessments?
We utilize various tools, such as personality assessments, and interest inventories, to identify your strengths, preferences, and potential career matches. By objectively evaluating your skills and interests, you will gain valuable insights that can guide you towards suitable career options. Career Assessments usually takes about two hours. You will be provided with an extensive 35 to 40 page report that you will discuss with a trained professional. At Thrive Coastal Therapy, we offer two types of Career Assessments: One that is geared towards trade school or community college and the other that is geared towards a bachelor degree or post-graduate degree.
