Sarah meets her clients where they are at and creates a safe and comfortable space for exploration. In addition to therapy, Sarah is a registered yoga teacher which has provided a lot of insight into the way Sarah supports her clients – which highlights mind-body connection, and overall grounding practices. Her therapeutic process treats each patient’s whole person to guide them to lasting healing and wellness.
Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from Cal State San Marcos, and her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy at Touro University. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-esteem.
